Cancellation Policy
To offer every client the time and care she deserves, we reserve each appointment exclusively for you. Thank you for reading this policy before booking.
Please let us know of any change or cancellation at least 72 hours before your appointment.
Late cancellations & no-shows
Any cancellation or change made less than 72 hours before your appointment, as well as any missed appointment, will be charged 100% of the value of the reserved service.
Booking deposits
A booking deposit is required for all treatments and treatment packages. It secures your appointment, the price discussed with you and, when needed, the products ordered for your treatment (for example: exosomes, microneedling serums, peels).
The deposit is deducted from your total bill.
Deposits are non-refundable
For appointments cancelled less than 72 hours in advance, the deposit is kept. Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Running late
If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide your full treatment, but it may need to be shortened so the next client is not delayed. The full price of the service remains applicable.
